World will get real-time look at Cardinals 2022 NFL season

HBO and NFL Films will be giving football fans an “In Season” peek into the Arizona Cardinals strengths and struggles this season.

The NFL and the Cardinals organization announced Monday the team will be featured Cardinals will be in a Hard Knocks spin-off this fall.

The Colts were the first team to star in the series in 2021.

Expect “really good TV,” Head Coach Kliff Kingsbury said.

“Anytime you get a chance to highlight some of the great people we have in this building — not just players, but coaches, staff — and tell their stories, see a different side of them, I think it’ll be really good TV,” he told ArizonaCardinals.com

He noted the show seemed to galvanize the Colts in 2022.

“Talking with (Colts GM) Chris Ballard and what they went through last year, some positives, some negatives, but they were 3-5 when the show came and they won six out of seven and it felt like it was a shot in the arm having (the cameras) come in,” Kingsbury said. We’ll see.”

The show will be available on HBO and stream on HBO Max.

The team already has plenty of storylines. QB Kyler Murray, who is seeking a new deal, is already skipping OTA’s in what was already a turbulent offseason.

The Cards also restocked their locker room, adding key parts such as rookie Tight End Trey McBride, and re-upped veteran counterpart Zach Ertz.
