Teams decline 5th year option for one-third of the the 2019 Draft Class

Roughly one-third of the NFL’s 2019 first round picks will be allowed to test free agency in 2023.

11 of 32 picks didn’t get their 5th year option exercised, including one former Pro Bowler, Josh Jacobs.

That list also includes several NFL talents who have been up and down since making their NFL debuts, including Pittsburgh Steeler Devin Bush, and Vikings Center Garrett Bradbury.

Others, including former No. 4 pick, Clelin Ferrell, have been absolute busts.
