During the 2021 season, Samuel rushed for 365 yards and 8 TDs. Samuel will need to add a few rushing yards from his 2021 totals, but should be poised to cash in on the 3 rushing TDs incentive in 2022.
There was wide speculation that Samuel could potentially be traded this off-season. This extension keeps Samuel in San Francisco until 2025.
