Cowboys, 49ers lead NFL in sacks through Week 7

The Dallas Cowboys remain at the top of the league in sacks in 2022, fueled in part by standout Micah Parsons’ seven takedowns.

The Cowboys have 29 sacks in seven games – five ahead of the second best team, San Francisco.

The 49ers have 24 sacks.

The Denver Broncos and Tampa Bay defenses are tied at third with 22 sacks.

The Baltimore Ravens, in fifth place, are the only other NFL team with 20 or more tallies.

At the bottom of the pack, the Las Vegas Raiders and Detroit Lions have just 9 sacks in 2022.

The Carolina Panthers are just above that mark with 10.
