Buffalo Bills cornerback, Dane Jackson was released from the hospital on TuesdaySeptember 20th. He was able to walk out of the hospital on his own. The 3rd year cornerbacksuffered an injury Monday Night after a late hit by his own teammate, Tremaine Edwards. Hewas soon transported by ambulance during the game.
Despite the Bills 41-7 victory, Bills coach Sean McDermott voiced concern over Jackson.“Dane very fortunate that he’s in good spirt and we’ll take that day to day.” Jackson wastransported to ECMC in Buffalo and underwent various tests. The tests determined there was nomajor injury to his neck and spinal cord.
Jackson issued a statement via twitter on Tuesday. “All glory to God!! Appreciate thelove, support, and prayers from everyone. Bills mafia the best in the world!” Before his injury,Jackson had 6 tackles and 1 interception in the opening two games for Buffalo.
