10 free agent WRs who will likely sign this month – Pro Football Techs

NFL free agent WRs

With OTA’s approaching and the month of June we’ll underway, it’s worth noting that NFL teams can now sign free agents without it counting against future supplemental picks.

Making the wide receiver position there’s a nice mix of older wideouts who’ve either played at a Pro Bowl level earlier in their careers or and younger guys who’ve teased talent.

Among them:

  • Julio Jones
  • Odell Beckham Jr
  • T.Y. Hilton
  • Emmanuel Sanders
  • Will Fuller
  • John Ross
  • Cole Beasley
  • Marquise Goodwin
  • DeSean Jackson
  • Albert Wilson

Jones best days are certainly behind him and injuries have added up but he’s a special route runner and someone’s team will likely take a cheap flier on him hoping to catch some lightning in a bottle.

Before his injury, Beckham was showing just that — reborn with the Rams after spending his prime in the purgatory that is Cleveland.

Fuller, amazingly, is still 27. He’s certainly a talent but injuries and red flags (suspension) have decimated his worth since 2020.

Sanders was a great pickup for a Buffalo but cooled off sharply late in the season. Beasley is almost always open. But he wore out his welcome in Buffalo, and his viewpoints can make him a divisive player.

For guys on the wrong side of 30, that’s not a thing teams overlook. Marquise Goodwin = speed to spare. He’s the guy you plug in for a few plays a game and hope for the homerun.
